Patent Litigation
Our patent litigation practice rivals that of many larger firms, but
without the inefficiency and inflexibility that are often a byproduct at
larger firms. We can also offer alternative billing structures ranging
from fixed fees, to flat monthly fees to contingency. As a small firm, we
take pride in having efficiently and successfully handled complex patent
litigations for both the largest corporations in the United States, as
well as small companies and even individual inventors. We have litigated
patents in a wide variety of technological fields, including
pharmaceutical solutions, opto-electronic transceivers, computerized
casino gaming machines, hardware logic emulation systems, and consumer
appliances. Our attorneys not only possess the ability to understand the
complex science and technology behind these cases, but, just as
importantly, we are able to explain the complexity to the lay judges and
jurors who determine the outcome of patent infringement suits.
Some representative cases our attorneys have handled include:

OEMs, against patent infringement claims related to slide oven racks.
